Dental Health Center
The Dental Health Center (DHC) is an educational clinical facility supporting the Dental Hygiene program at Delaware Technical Community College. It is the mission of the DHC to provide quality dental care for the community while enabling our students to meet the educational requirements of the Dental Hygiene program.
All new patients (with the exception of those with a dental emergency) are scheduled with a dental hygiene student for an initial appointment and thereafter, a dental cleaning. When dental hygiene treatment is completed, patients who qualify for the DHC financial assistance program may be appointed with a dentist. Any patient with a dental emergency will be scheduled with a dentist for an appointment.
The DHC financial assistance program is designed to provide individuals an opportunity to receive dental care at costs that are reduced, based on household income and size. Learn more about details and eligibility for this program.
